Joe is a graduate of NC State University with a degree in Civil Engineering and concentrations in transportation engineering and coastal & water resources engineering. Prior to joining Impact Forensics, Joe supervised major construction projects for a prominent general contractor and also has experience with a large civil design / geomatics firm.
His experience with surveying, preconstruction, land development, estimating, managing subcontractors, coordinating trades, quality control, and worksite safety adds a broad and curious perspective to Impact Forensics. Joe joined Impact Forensics’ Buildings & Infrastructure team in 2024.
